![]() I checked out other options but mostly they are not really actively developed any longer, directly encourage docker images or seem complicate to setup - or do not have all the features. Per my knowledge, this is because, unlike Shared Hosting, which uses only one server to host your website, Cloud Hosting stores your website data across multiple servers. It is easy to build and run and it has the lean UI and API and also Text file preview, but it does not really - or am i too stupid? - allow to share a folder of files and hence also does not have a kind of gallery. Feb 1 Yes, Cloud Server Hosting is much faster than Shared Hosting. I really like Linx server, which has been discussed some times here. in built access control - I'd like to control who may upload/share files, i could work around that by using apache/nginx configuration to control access to specific method/url. API access, so i can upload files via shell script / file manager script, - Easy to host (one binary and not too many dependencies) would be nice, i could live with a PHP script though. File preview for images and also plain text files - Folder sharing - Individual Passwords for folders - Link/file expiration - Active development - drag'n'drop multipe files from file manager I'd like to share 1 to n files, if the number of files is >1 it should be displayed as a folder, ideally with preview for images. Using the built in Windows copy utility, these are the speeds I'm seeing when copying files. I know the awesome selfhosted list and i checked out some of the options, but not all offer a demo or just enough screenshots / feature description to check if they suffice my use case. I'm running Hyper-V on Windows Server 2016 in a chassis with multiple hard drives. I'm looking for a drag'n'drop file sharing solution. Sorry to ask this, but i guess some of you might know an option from top of their head :)
